I can't load the footprint
Hello. I'm facing a problem. When I try to upload a footprint, I'm told that the models will be sent via email. However, I haven't received any emails. I'm using a free account. Could you please explain what might be causing this problem? Are there any restrictions on uploading from a free account?

Could you please share a screenshot of the message or error you are receiving, along with the part page link for the model you are trying to download at [email protected]?
