Is the 3D model for TPSM265R1V3SILR correct?
I have no idea where you got this 3D model, but it is wrong. TI put the proper 3D model in the datasheet and this looks almost nothing like it.

Sorry, it is correct per the TI site. Got confused by the datasheet with their 'typical package' representation.
